We worked with the Lipinski team in 2016 when we were looking to purchase our first home. They were extremely professional throughout the process and I felt like they really had our best interests in mind.
Laura and Christine answered my numerous emails and calls well after normal business hours without hesitation. They also made a point to let us know details about homes we were looking at that other realtors may have overlooked. We are now proud home owners of over 2 years. The Lipinski team found us our first home in a super short amount of time given that the market was flooded with buyers and we did not have a large budget to compete with. They were able to negotiate and work within our budget and we are extremely satisfied for the home we got!
We also had our home inspected by Tom and he explained everything in detail, which I appreciated!
We hope to work with them in the future when we decide for an upgrade!
